B&D Holdings, Inc. is the umbrella organization and management company for numerous real estate partnerships and operating companies involved in various commercial real estate markets across the country. We currently manage a real estate portfolio of 80 properties comprised of industrial, office, flex, and retail space, which consists of both Single Tenant Net Leased properties as well as Shopping Centers. Our primary goal is to make direct investments in stabilized real estate assets and to add value through careful and creative management. Through its various partnerships and affiliates, B&D Holdings, Inc. is a direct investor/owner/manager in real estate assets, having acquired a variety of industrial, office, flex, and retail properties across the country, comprising over 2,500,000 square feet of commercial property.

B&D’s unique connection and several decades long relationships to various sources of capital, allows us to fashion and adapt deal structures on a deal by deal basis to better serve the needs of our partners and investors and to maximize the potential of a particular asset. We have engaged in a variety of transactions, including, office space, Single Tenant Net Leased properties, Industrial, and Shopping center acquisitions. While most of our transactions are capitalized “in house”, B&D has also engaged in various partnerships and Joint Venture agreements, including equity participation and management services.

B&D is the real estate management and investment arm of the Segal Family Office. Virtually all of our real estate ventures are capitalized in house via the Foundation independently, individual family members, as well as through various family partnerships. This quick access to capital and the active involvement of the principals in all transactions allows to act quickly and to proceed with transactions in an expeditious and efficient manner.
